Following last year's first ever Christmas away in Cornwall I decided to do it one more time.

Regardless of location the Krawczyk Christmas Eve family tradition will continue.

Unfortunately my van was off the road and couldn't be repaired in time so we had to use Lucy's car which being a smaller 2 door was cramped to say the least!

A long but uneventful trip saw us arrive at our destination, tired and squashed but otherwise fine.

I left some veg behind because it litterally would not fit in the car. A quick early trip to the local Co-op down there fixed that.  I baked my Makowiec before we left home but everything else I did there.

This cottage had it's own parking space which made life a lot less stressful, plus it was spacious, clean and recently refusrbished by the looks of things. A very nice place to stay.

The Holy bread mum left for me is more than enough to last all our lifetimes and it is also another nice memory knowing she and dad are always with me, especially on Christmas eve.

Merry Christmas for 2024 and lets hope 2025 will get better.
