Cheetah our cat gone but not forgotten

Cheetah our long time cat sadly passed away last Saturday 29th March 2020
Cheetah was about 17 years old and a rescue cat.

Lucy took her in after she was found on a building site without her mother. She was named Cheetah because she was super fast and nobody could ever catch her.

I am not really big on animals and ironically I could not get too close to Cheetah physically because I would start coughing but as cats go she was a very nice, quiet friendly cat. She never bit or even scratched anyone or anything in the house.

There were of course a few 05:00am specials and the odd poop somewhere it wasn't supposed to be, but they all do that.

Last year we noticed she had aged very quickly. She had a bad hip but a few months ago she lept back into action and was as sprightly as any cat 10 years younger. The vet called her Immortal Cheetah!

Sadly of all the things to happen when we are in lock down because of this horrible virus, Cheetah finally decides to leave us for good. Very upsetting but she will never be forgotten.

She will always be part of the family.
